An entrepreneur, therapist, mentor, natural medicine activist, #1 International Best Selling Author & Philhellines dedicated to helping you to achieve the best version of yourself
born-and-raised Florida gal with a strong passion, a laptop, and motivation. I’m proud to be a part of a digital and natural health revolution that affects millions for the better.
Through my work within the British Complementary Medicine Association, Association of Physical and Natural Therapists, and Thriving Therapist System, I have been able to be a part of facilitating a wave of natural health reform in the UK. Through being on the organising commmittees of International Events such as the British Fascia Symposium, I have been able to expand my business and marketing skills and have even written a #1 Internationally Best-Selling Book to help people like you dream big and back it up with meaningful action to create results.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been insatiably curious about human psychology and social & economic structures. I have studied for endless hours to try and understand what exactly is it that makes people genuinely happy, successful and fulfilled. Coming from a small town where some people make it, but most people don’t, I have wondered, why do some people struggle while others find a way to thrive, often despite the most challenging personal or external circumstances?
I was also passionate about a multitude of seemingly unconnected things: Scientific research, politics, classical instruments, media, world travel, entrepreneurship, spirituality, natural health, and philanthropy, just to name a few.
I heard some ads on the radio and then studied massage straight out of high-school (it might have been because I was hoping to work within Pro-Boxing! ha). But it turned out I was one of those very rare people who totally lucked out at finding my calling straight at the gate! 14 years on, and not only have I worked with Pro Athletes (albeit, no boxers!), Grammy winning artists, and tons of entrepreneurs, more importantly, it has led me into the back door of the industry where I regularly find myself in Parliament and lecturing to both Doctors and Politicians! I still pinch myself to this day!
When you start a career at 18, though, no matter how happy you are, you are bound to get an itch to try something new. With so many interests, and a lot of angst trying to choose just one thing to be in life, I realized that my unusual combination of interests and skills was a strength, not a liability.
I have been self-employed since the age of 18, so I never knew the security of a 9-5; which I have learned has been my absolute blessing as I have NO FEAR in depending on myself! When I was ready to make the shift to a digital business, I simply added value to my therapy services and raised my prices (less hours, more money) while slowly building a coaching business from the ground up.
